Custom Structured Documents
One of MetaCat's advanced information management capabilities is that it enables non-technical teams to design, create, develop, manage and distribute documents with a "custom structure" as defined by the team. Structured documents can be anything, such as policy or procedure manuals. A database of documents can be created that follow the same structure, which is the case of all examples below. Content is text searchable, and can also be classified and searchable by custom metadata—which is most common.

The following "custom-structured" projects, which include links to live demos, showcase examples of quick, easy and sophisticated, collaborative content development projects. These projects were set up by non-technical project managers, and functional within 30 minutes! Most importantly, content "structure" (in addition the content itself) can be quickly and easily modified by the project manager as needs change and feedback informs!
